How to Use

Before first use, thoroughly rinse the completely new pet water fountain filter under running water to remove any excessive and scattered dust from the charcoal. This step ensures that your cat's water remains clean and safe.

Replacement Schedule

To maintain optimal hygiene, soak the filter in water for 2 minutes and thoroughly rinse under running water before each use. In summer, replace every 1 to 2 weeks. In winter, replace every 2 to 4 weeks. If multiple cats use the fountain, more frequent replacement may be necessary to ensure freshness and prevent contamination.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item,You have 30 days after delivery of your order to return an item.
